Job Summary:

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a skilled Regional Health and Safety Advisor to join their team in the Kent area. As a key member of the Health and Safety leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating health and safety standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client health and safety meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and implement safe systems of work to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and report findings to management

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels
  • Proven experience in providing health and safety support in the construction and building services sectors
  • IT literacy with proficient report-writing skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent
  • CSCS Professional card
  • First aid training
