Regional Care Services Director

This is a leadership position that demands exceptional management skills, a deep understanding of the residential healthcare sector, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and caregivers.
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of multiple residential healthcare facilities in the North East England region, ensuring that high-quality care and services are consistently provided to residents.
Responsibilities Include:
- Facility Leadership:
- Provide vision, direction, and guidance to facility managers and staff, empowering them to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
- Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall mission and objectives.
- Mentor, coach, and support facility managers to enhance their leadership and operational capabilities, driving growth and success within the region.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development initiatives to enhance staff performance and retain top talent.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations across all facilities, ensuring seamless integration and coordination of services.
- Monitor facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resident satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets for each facility, ensuring financial targets are met and that facilities operate within allocated budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation, and excellence within the region.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all facilities comply with relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, licensure, and accreditation requirements.
- Lead regional audits and inspections to verify compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
- Implement quality assurance processes, monitoring resident satisfaction levels and addressing concerns or complaints promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in residential healthcare, adapting the organization's approach as needed.
- Social Responsibility:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, local authorities, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization in regional healthcare forums, conferences, and networking events, promoting the company's services and expanding its presence within the residential healthcare market.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and caregivers, ensuring excellent service delivery and high satisfaction levels.
Estimated Salary Range: £62,500.00-£72,500.00 per year
