As a Regional Service Director, you will lead a portfolio of services, focusing on delivering commercial goals, quality objectives, and compliance targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across your services.
  2. Proactively reviewing quality and compliance data, identifying trends, and ensuring the delivery of Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) and optimal Assessment and Rating outcomes.
  3. Ensuring the delivery of top-tier education and care in alignment with National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  4. Overseeing workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place to achieve operational goals.
What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in leadership roles within the Early Childhood Education sector. The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
  2. Strong understanding of the regulations and standards governing childcare services.
  3. A Valid Working with Children's Check.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
