About the Position:
The Regional Trainer role at Exemplar Health Care is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to our staff members across various services in Yorkshire and North East.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To create and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of our staff
- To travel to different locations within the region, with occasional trips to other areas
- To maintain accurate records of training sessions and evaluations
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £27,841 plus a bonus of £3,000 per annum, totalling £30,841 per year, and a range of benefits that support your physical and mental wellbeing.
