Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Events Professional to join our team at Lucy Walker Recruitment in Leeds. This is a business-to-business sales role, developing relationships with corporate clients to encourage them to enter awards and attend market leading award ceremonies and conferences.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident and professional in their approach. They will be able to provide a consultative sales approach and work towards achieving a generous commission structure. The salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 basic + 6-8k commission (uncapped).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Researching and sourcing new client prospects
  • Selling tickets to events and conferences
  • Working towards KPIs and targets to achieve a generous commission structure

Requirements for the Role:
