Regional Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and increase revenue through identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international eCommerce industry and 3PL/4PL operations. They will be able to create competitive solutions for customers, combining storage, pick & pack, shipping, returns, grading, and bespoke services. A salary of around £57,000 per annum, plus a 2% uncapped commission on all new business revenue for the first 12 months, is available. Benefits include a £7,000 car allowance, private health cover, company pension contributions, and 20 days annual leave (rising to 25 with an additional day added each calendar year).
