Senior Business Growth Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Growth Executive to join our team at Aldena Associates in London & Home Counties. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the facility management sector and contribute to the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with both new and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the facility management space.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in facility management or a related industry, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. A strong understanding of facility management services and technologies is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
