About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at the Office for Students. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing our people strategy, focusing on talent management and workforce planning.
The successful candidate will have experience in strategic workforce planning, with a strong background in talent acquisition and resourcing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent initiatives that align with our organisational goals, ensuring we have the skills we need now and for the future.
In this role, you will provide expert direction on attraction, recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition to ensure we can meet our organisational regulatory agenda and achieve our strategic objectives. You will work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation, building productive relationships with key stakeholders and influencing at senior levels.
What We Offer
