This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their recruiting career. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and planning skills, and also willing to take a hands-on approach when necessary, including proactive recruitment efforts.

What you'll do

  • Oversight of talent acquisition across the business, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee retention, and engagement in early days
  • Management of local internal recruiters in different offices
  • Collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to create a high-performance environment
  • Develop and implement a recruitment roadmap that supports business objectives and growth goals
  • Be flexible, knowing when to plan and when to get hands-on with recruiting
  • Be an ambassador for the Hybrid brand and culture

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you'll need

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition or similar role
  • Extensive understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Internal recruitment experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the company
