Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the talent acquisition function across the business with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, retention and engagement.
- Manage a small team of internal recruiters in different offices.
- Collaborate across businesses to enable a high-performance environment.
- Ensure our recruitment roadmap supports business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with extensive recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with ability to adapt approach.
- Effective relationships through all levels of the company.
