Sales Development Professional

Candour Solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, with a range of benefits including a competitive bonus structure and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities- To actively seek out new sales opportunities and prospect new customers, using your knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to drive growth and success.
- To manage the sales cycle from start to finish, working independently and prioritizing tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
- To provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sector Sales Manager, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail.
- To maintain accurate customer records on our sales order processing system, ensuring data integrity and security.
- To adhere to relevant Key Performance Indicators for the Sales Team, supporting company objectives and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- First-rate telephone, email, and IM skills, with experience in sales and customer service.
- GCSE Maths and English qualifications, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 12 months IT sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
