As a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Skin Care Experts to build long-term client relationships through meaningful engagement and services while achieving counter targets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be the Chief Executive Officer of your own counter. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for creating and executing in-store events, managing inventory and facilities, and ensuring cash reconciliation. Your experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling will be essential in driving business growth.

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. If you have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Skin Care Experts

  • Create and execute in-store events

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
