Job Title: Facilities Project Coordinator

Constructive Moves in London requires a skilled Facilities Project Coordinator to oversee the design, supply, and installation of integrated facade and cladding solutions for large prestigious residential new builds.

The ideal candidate will have c5-10 years experience working on construction sites managing curtain walling installations or other relevant disciplines, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager. A HND or Degree qualification in a construction or engineering related discipline is required, along with a CSCS Managers card and relevant First Aid certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement installation method statements and installation programmes for various projects.
  • Report and record progress, identifying areas for improvement to enhance project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure seamless project execution.

Salary and Benefits:

This role comes with a salary of up to £85,000 per annum, plus bonus and additional benefits. The group offers a recognised performer in the industry within its sector, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
