Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Project Coordinator to join our team at Triumph Consultants Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) professional to lead project planning, procurement, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role managing M&E projects in an Asset Management environment. Knowledge of Building Regulations, planning requirements, and law (including the Building Safety Act 2022) is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project planning, procurement, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and managing project budgets
  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost-effective solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and policies

Our ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field) and membership or associate of the IET, APM, NICEIC or similar professional body (CIBSE, BIFM or the IFE).

The estimated salary for this role is £30.48 per hour, based on national averages in the UK.
