Facilities Management Coordinator

Radius is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator / Service Planner to join our team based in East London.
As an onsite position, you'll work closely with the Service Planning Manager to plan and coordinate all maintenance requests and workflows. You'll also provide general administrative assistance to the Data Centre Operations Department under their guidance.
Key responsibilities include interpreting data, recognising patterns, and extracting actionable insights through delivering and utilising new software to provide high-quality analytical functional reporting.
In this role, you'll act as a System Administrator for the CAFM software, ensuring seamless operations. Your experience in project planning/scheduling and reporting will be invaluable in driving business success.
With 2-4 years' experience in a Facilities Maintenance coordination role, you'll bring a unique perspective to our team. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in the data centre sector, telecommunications, or construction environments, with expertise in Asset Management.
