Facilities Management Coordinator

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Integral UK LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our facilities management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of our facilities management team.
- Ensure that all facilities management tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Monitor and maintain our building infrastructure and services.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate with our technical services manager to develop and implement new procedures and processes.
Requirements:
- Appropriate experience in building services and facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Formal qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with building management systems and electrical monitoring.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
