What to Expect
- Our Tesla facilities are on the front lines of our mission. The Facility Coordinator provides operational support to enable our locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible and provide an exceptional experience to our employees and to our customers.
- The Facilities Coordinator successfully executes critical repairs/maintenance and inspection projects that are vital to support Tesla’s rapid growth while also ensuring stores continue to meet our evolving standards. This individual partners with various teams, as well as other Tesla departments and external vendors.

What You’ll Do
- Manage communication between stakeholders on all facility initiatives and projects.
- Handle daily incoming facility requests for Tesla locations and distribute them within the region.
- Ensure prompt resolution of escalations related to repair/maintenance requests and recurring services within the region.
- Oversee invoice management, including approval, discrepancy resolution, and vendor support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal customers, managing R&M requests and facilitating communication.
- Foster positive working relationships with teams on the front line by conducting regular site visits.
- Coordinate and onboard new vendors, ensuring operational execution aligns with contract terms (KPI, SLA)

What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years Facilities Management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, project management proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Passion for Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.
- Superior motivation and comfort in high-energy, fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative attitude conducive to cross-functional teamwork.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and foster trust as a respected partner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
