Facilities Management Coordinator

Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL) is a Ministry of Justice business that provides critical and time-bound services to HMPPS. We are seeking a dedicated Commercial and Procurement Assistant to join our team and play a key role in our mission to promote rehabilitation and positive change.
This role involves working closely with experienced colleagues across various departments, including Payroll, Attract, Projects, Finance, and Commercial & Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial contracts, coordinating supply chain activities, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You will also provide administrative support to the commercial and supply chain department, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,941.44 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave and Bank Holidays. Our benefits package includes Death in Service at 4x salary, access to private GP consultations, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
