We are seeking a highly skilled ITIL V4 Compliant Systems Administrator to join our team at boxxe. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our managed customers' systems and infrastructure while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, system administration, and software troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
