We are looking for an exceptional Network Engineer - Managed Services to join our team at boxxe. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network architectures for our managed customers while adhering to ITIL V4 best practices.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality network solutions, ensuring network availability through proactive configuration and maintenance, and supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.

Additional responsibilities will include providing support for customer needs by addressing incidents reported through ticketing systems and telephone within contracted SLAs. This will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and administering user and infrastructure environments, including software, hardware, and configurations for on-premise and cloud-based customers.

You will also be responsible for monitoring network performance proactively and reactively, identifying and addressing issues through the Monitoring Platform. Following the Knowledge Management process, including writing, reviewing, and updating Knowledge Articles, is also a critical aspect of this role.

A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of network protocols and technologies, as well as experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 8+ / Windows Server 2016+). Expertise in administering and optimizing networks, operating systems, storage devices, and applications, including SQL Databases, is essential.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Intune is also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and upskill colleagues across the service desk, are necessary for success in this role. Flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK are also required.

The salary range for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
