We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Blackpool. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk, overseeing shifts, and managing guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Act as a Duty Manager on a rota basis to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement brand standards within the team
  • Train and lead the team to provide excellent guest service
  • Ensure all team responsibilities are completed to the required standards
Requirements:
  • Experience of working within a branded hotel environment, in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, efficient team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Visible leader with a confident approach to problem-solving and service recovery
  • Ability to train and develop the team, with a planned approach to managing the team
  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Opera PMS experience preferred
