Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk team to ensure seamless guest service
  • Act as a Duty Manager on a rota basis to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Train and develop the team to meet brand standards
  • Ensure all team responsibilities are completed to the required standards
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a branded hotel environment in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop the team
