Front of House Job Description

As a Front of House team member at Village Hotels - Blackpool, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Your role will be to ensure that our reception areas are welcoming, efficient, and provide an exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and welcoming environment
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel operations and services to provide informed guidance to guests
