As a Restaurant Manager at the Lyndene Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, the Washington and Connaught, for breakfast and dinner service. You will maintain the highest standards of guest care, ensuring the team delivers a friendly, efficient, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurants, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Recruitment and training of the team will be a key aspect of your role, as you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team complies with current licensing, health and safety, food safety, and fire regulations.
  • Continuous review of team behavior, appearance, and performance will be essential to maintaining the high standards of the Lyndene Hotel.
Requirements:
  • An enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all guests.
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Prior experience of a similar-sized front-of-house operation is required, with a proven track record of delivering high standards of service.
  • You will be a people-focused individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead from the front to ensure the team delivers a standard of service that meets the needs and expectations of our guests.
