Join Our Team as a Heat Pump Technical Support Specialist

We're on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goal. As a Heat Pump Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our heat pump sales and support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to our sales team, ensuring that surveys and sales quotes are technically viable for installation.
  • Develop and maintain our technical check and support process, ensuring it's always fit for purpose and efficient.
  • Support the sales team in developing their responses to customer questions, providing accurate and timely technical information.
  • Ensure technical rigour is applied at all stages where risk is identified in our ability to install.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, making it easy for customers to navigate our interest to install pipeline.
  • Develop training and support materials to upskill our teams, identifying development areas and leading small technical projects.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and develop a consistent approach to drive performance across all teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven technical expertise in heat pumps, with a track record of installing or technically supporting installations.
  • A focus on performance development and continuous improvement.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • An ability to demonstrate a completer finisher mentality and understanding of processes as a whole.
  • A startup/entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt to change and keep up with a fast-moving business.
  • Experience of coaching and/or developing others in a customer-centric environment.
