Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
