This role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients receive the best quality care and support the growth of our business.
Job Description
- Assist the Registered Manager in growing and developing our domiciliary care service, delivering outstanding quality care.
- Evaluate client needs and create individualized care plans with a focus on person-centered care.
- Audit and update client care plans, identifying training needs for our team members.
- Maintain accurate records on our Home Instead software and People Planner system.
- Welcome new clients and Care Professionals, establishing positive relationships with families and other professionals involved in their care.
- Mentor and supervise our Care Professionals, promoting their growth and development.
- Stay in close contact with clients and Care Professionals, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Support office administration activities, responding to emails and phone calls timely.
- Collaborate with the Care teams to ensure efficient scheduling and continuity of care.
- Participate in on-call duties rota to provide 24/7 support to our clients.
- Ensure compliance with our Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy in employment and service delivery.
