About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Professionals, providing guidance and support to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage client schedules and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using our Home Instead software and People Planner system.
  • Liaise with families and other professionals involved in client care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for our team members, promoting their growth and development.

Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in care management, preferably within a senior role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
