Job Description

  • Deliver high-quality care services to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Lead a team of Care Professionals, guiding them in delivering exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each client's needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using our Home Instead software and People Planner system.

Requirements

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in care management, preferably within a senior role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Salary Range

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
