Business Development and Account Manager

We are seeking a Business Development and Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Craigavon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
