Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in CPM Ireland. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and contributing to our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver commercial objectives within the Top Tier of Accounts in the Direct-To-Store Channel.
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders within the Wholesale Channel, creating a 'Pull' Strategy for both growing existing business and identifying new opportunities.
  • Work closely with CBMs and Field Sales Manager to develop relationships in the Retail Groups of all badges in NI.
