Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction, electrical, and hardware sectors.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience in the wholesale or construction sector and possess strong negotiation skills to close deals. You will also need to be confident in your communication skills and hold a full UK driving license.

The role involves working across the North and South of Ireland, meeting face-to-face with clients, and closing deals. About the Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, electrical, and hardware sectors.
- Maintain existing relationships for repeat business through effective client relationship management.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Travel across the North and South of Ireland to reach clients and attend meetings.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus an on-target earnings (OTE) bonus.
