The RoleAs a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, you will work within the commercial team across multiple manufacturing sites within the THG Nutrition & Wellness division. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for managing customer contract agreements, ensuring they align with business priorities.
Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is crucial to this role. You will need to provide accurate rolling weekly sales outlooks and proactively plan to gap fill any discrepancies. Your entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective strategies to achieve them.
Requirements- FMC experience is a strong advantage.
- Previous account management experience of 2+ years.
- Evidence of strong financial controls and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional relationship skills.
