About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our Food Science Business in Northern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers, to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food industry or reagent-based businesses.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of food microbiology testing applications and technologies, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in professional English.
  • Location: Ideally based in the UK, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, or Germany.
