Role Purpose

The successful candidate will report to the Retail Operations Manager and be responsible for developing tools to support the Retail Sales Team in delivering key initiatives across the Retail Channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve retail execution, aligned with annual planning priorities and the Planning, Comms & Training framework within Retail Strategy & Operations.
  • Support the development of a Retailer contact model to achieve sales, profit, and Good Cause contribution targets in line with Allwyn's fourth licence bid commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading in-store execution of The National Lottery across the Retail estate.
  • Provide regular updates to the Channel Operations and Retail leadership teams and maintain key retail processes to ensure the field team can meet KPI/OPM deliverables.
  • Support the Retail Operations Manager in shaping and implementing strategic priorities within the PCT and Go To Market frameworks.
  • Work with data analysts to deliver accurate ROI reports for all third-party activities.
  • Support the building of Retail Contact Models and deliver briefings to the Retail Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Sales Team to build and provide call files for activities supported across Retail.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of sales impact analysis and achievement of ROI.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of retail execution, including brand activation.
  • Skilled in prioritization and multi-task management under pressure.
  • Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zaptic.
  • Interest and knowledge of current and future technological developments for retail.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally to deliver complex projects with multiple deliverables and priorities.
