Role Purpose:
- As a key member of our Retail Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for developing tools and strategies to support the Retail Sales Team in delivering key initiatives across the Retail Channel.
- You will work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to continually improve retail execution, aligning with annual planning priorities and our Planning, Comms & Training framework.
- One of your key objectives will be to ensure that retailers are at the heart of our retail plans, supporting an effective Retailer contact model to achieve sales, profit, and Good Cause contribution targets in line with our fourth licence bid commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the improvement of Retail channel operations, capabilities, processes, and tools.
- Develop and deliver quarterly journey plans for the RST using CACI planning software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to feed recommendations and prioritization of activities for all Retail teams.
- Ensure timely reporting and call file creation via third-party agency dashboards.
- Work with the Strategy team data analysts to deliver accurate ROI reports for all third-party activities.
- Support the building of yearly and quarterly Retail Contact Model and the delivery of briefings to the Retail Sales Team.
- Develop decks and documents to cascade information to retail functions through team meetings and regular workgroups.
- Work with the Operational Sales Team to build and provide call files for activities supported across Retail.
- Collaborate with RSMs on day-to-day issue resolution and escalate relevant risks or issues to the ROM.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of sales impact analysis and achievement of ROI.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of retail execution, including brand activation.
- Skilled in prioritization and multi-task management under pressure.
- Advanced ability to use the Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and Zaptic.
- Interest and knowledge of current and future technological developments for retail.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally to deliver complex projects with multiple deliverables and priorities.
