We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at D&R Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including industry research and networking events.
- Qualify leads by assessing their financial needs and eligibility for mortgage products, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Stay updated on industry trends and mortgage products to provide accurate information to clients, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of mortgage products and regulations is a plus, but not essential.
