About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our Food Science business in Northern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and channel partners.
- Manage sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of Food Microbiology Testing applications and technologies.
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reagent-based businesses or the food industry.
- Experience working with distributors and resellers.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in professional English (reading, writing, speaking) for meetings, reports, presentations, and technical documents.
