Are you a customer-focused relationship builder with a passion for food microbiology? Looking to move into a commercial sales role? Then Bio-Rad's Channel Sales Manager role could be your next challenge.

The Northern Europe Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the Food Science Business in Northern Europe.
  • Leading channel marketing efforts, including product positioning, by working closely with product management, field marketing, and EMEA sales management.
  • Maintaining close contact with channel partners for business reviews, joint visits, goal setting, and strategic planning.
  • Achieving/exceeding sales, marketing, and financial goals for the Food Science product portfolio in your territory.
  • Driving business initiatives to grow sales and profitability aligned with team goals.
  • Focusing on channel partners, managing day-to-day sales activities in the Northern European region.
  • Collaborating with the FAS team to provide technical expertise in the Food Science Business.
  • Developing sales strategies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Reviewing sales performance with management and channel partners quarterly.
  • Partnering with Regional Sales Management and the FSD Division to develop a scalable sales model and marketing plan.
  • Managing and maintaining legal agreements with channel partners in accordance with Bio-Rad's partner program.
  • Following company sales processes and utilizing sales resources efficiently.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system.
  • Building an external industry network and representing Bio-Rad as an expert.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Microbiology or Chemistry relevant to the role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Food Microbiology Testing applications and technologies.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reagent-based businesses or the food industry.
  • Proficiency in professional English (reading, writing, speaking) for meetings, reports, presentations, and technical documents.
