Network Talent is looking for a Sales Development Executive to drive new business efforts across both outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads. This is a fully remote role based in the UK, requiring a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year SaaS sales experience, with proven skills in CRM system management and lead generation. A background in the care sector or care homes is desirable but not essential.

The remuneration package includes a basic salary of £30,000-£33,000, plus an OTE of +£10,000. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, private medical cover, dental and optical cover, pension contributions, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, and access to a benefits portal.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, including key accounts and marketing, to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include effective use of CRM systems, collaboration with other teams, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
