**Job Title:** Sales Territory Executive

**Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Executive to join our team at Guided Solutions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the South UK territory, particularly in Theatres, Critical Care, and Procurement areas.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets for the South UK territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS IN THE TERRITORY.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Nursing/Technical/Medical qualification, with experience in Hospital Theatre, ICU, or Emergency Care.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably in clinical settings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Will ideally be based within the territory.

**Salary:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** Field-based role involving frequent travel across the South UK territory.
