**Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Executive to join our team at Guided Solutions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the South UK territory, particularly in Theatres, Critical Care, and Procurement areas.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets for the South UK territory.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS IN THE TERRITORY.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Nursing/Technical/Medical qualification, with experience in Hospital Theatre, ICU, or Emergency Care.
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably in clinical settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods.
- Full Driving License.
- Will ideally be based within the territory.
**Salary:** £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Location:** Field-based role involving frequent travel across the South UK territory.
