Business Development Opportunity

A challenging role has become available for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in the East Midlands region. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth from mechanical customers.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of achieving target KPIs and revenue objectives in their territory. Your ability to identify and secure new customer accounts, as well as develop and implement marketing initiatives, will be crucial to your success in this role.

About the Role:

  1. Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently increase sales revenues from mechanical customers while maintaining a loyal customer base.
  2. Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives in your territory for key mechanical customers.
  3. Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts within your territory.
  4. Ensure marketing initiatives are embedded and supported, monitoring the success of targeted customer sets, promotions, and campaigns.
  5. Present and report on sales and marketing activity versus performance.
