We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Commercial team in a fast-paced, high-achieving sales environment at Sharpsmart UK.

You will develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the NHS and private healthcare sectors, driving sales of our sharps services.

This position requires the ability to prioritise and organise your workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while supporting the wider team.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively manage projects, and a proven track record of success in sales or business development.

The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will work collaboratively as part of a team on large-scale projects to implement our sharps services across your territory.

  • Demonstrable success and proven experience in healthcare waste sales (3+ years).
  • Proven experience working with NHS and/or private healthcare stakeholder groups in a sales/development capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage projects.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise your workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while supporting the wider team.
  • Able to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
