Sales and Hospitality Executive

About the Opportunity: Forsyth Barnes is seeking an accomplished Sales and Hospitality Executive to lead the development and implementation of our corporate events strategy. This exciting role offers the chance to work with a talented team and drive revenue growth through innovative event solutions.
As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling events within our hospitality spaces, targeting local businesses and individuals. You will develop and execute event plans, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
To succeed in this role, you will require a solid understanding of the local events market, with experience in B2B and B2C event promotion. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be essential in driving business growth and increasing event sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement event plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Sales team to create a proactive up-selling culture and drive revenue growth.
- Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct market analysis to identify client needs and optimize sales potential.
- In-depth knowledge of the local events market and experience in B2B and B2C event promotion.
- Strong background in proactive sales and event promotion, with an understanding of client profiling and market demands.
- Personal License Holder certification.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety and Fire Regulations.
- Excellent customer service abilities and a flexible approach to working hours.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
