Alltruck plc is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Commercial Vehicle Sales Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and achieve financial targets. They will also manage budget and used vehicle sales targets, while reporting to the Board on financial performance, operational efficiency, and growth progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Manage budget and used vehicle sales targets.
  • Report to the Board providing updates on financial performance, operational efficiency, and growth progress.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a relatively young team.
  • Experience in managing complex operations with quick turnaround times.
