Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our used truck division, including sales and operations at our Nottingham depot. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial vehicle knowledge, with the ability to drive growth and achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Manage and optimize used truck sales operations, ensuring efficient management of inventory and budget.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Alltruck's used truck brand in the retail environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in commercial vehicle sales and operations, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Benefits:

This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus benefits including a fully expensed electric company car or car allowance, 25 days' holiday (rising to 28 during tenure), life assurance, employee assistance programme, auto-enrolment pension scheme, and quarterly social events.
