Senior Sales Executive

About the Role:
Media Search Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement structured sales strategies to support sales performance and drive revenue growth
- Deliver on sales KPIs related to sales activity, sales revenue, and account management
- Represent clients in internal discussions to strengthen commercial performance of products
- Lead sales campaigns and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze vendor marketplaces and research new sales leads to identify opportunities for growth
- Work with production, content, and marketing teams to design and implement sales marketing strategies using business intelligence
Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in B2B events/media businesses, high value B2B solution sales experience, and a track record of hitting commercial targets
- Sold live, face-to-face events and digital products, large B2B events, sponsorship, and exhibition booths
- Sales knowledge, understanding of selling styles and techniques, and experience in training and developing sales professionals
- Experience in building and delivering sales plans, contributing to business/product strategy, and leveraging selling styles and techniques in different circumstances
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
