Administrative Support Role
Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join their team on a bank basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the ward for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the ward team, including greeting and receiving patients, visitors, and staff.
- Answer the telephone and relay accurate messages as appropriate.
- Maintain effective communications between patients, their relatives, and the team within the department.
- Liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communications are maintained within the department.
- General ward administration, including providing and receiving patient information.
Requirements
- Good standard of secondary education with demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
