Bodyshop Office Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Bodyshop Office Administrator to join our team at undisclosed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in estimating, customer service, and parts departments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Invoicing customers
- Monitoring progress of the vehicle throughout the repair process
- Handling payments and dealing with customer queries
- Filing
- Customer service, front of house meeting customers
You will be working on a bonus scheme, and will have access to a pension. We are looking for someone with experience in a bodyshop office, and knowledge of the Audatex system.
