About the Opportunity:

Chester Voluntary Action is seeking a part-time Wellbeing Mentor to join our team.

This role involves working with people of all ages to promote wellbeing and resilience, focusing on those who feel lonely.

The successful applicant will have experience in leading small groups and working with individuals, as well as developing and implementing creative ideas to help people remember key skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with individuals and small groups to promote wellbeing and resilience.
  2. Provide nutrition advice to assist individuals with high cholesterol or diabetes.
  3. Develop and implement creative ideas to help people remember key skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading small groups and working with individuals.
  • Nutrition expertise or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to develop and implement creative ideas.
